CONSOLIDATED STRATEGIC ADVISORY CND-SA
After stepping away from Consolidated Elevator, I founded CND-SA | Consolidated Strategic Advisory to apply a highly eclectic blend of operating experience, capital markets exposure, and deeply embedded New York–based relationships.
CND-SA works with growth-stage companies across the NYC market, ranging from medical and healthcare services to mechanical, industrial, and service-oriented businesses. Our clients are typically founder- or partner-led organizations at a clear inflection point—whether facing growth constraints, capital structure challenges, succession decisions, or exit considerations.
Our core mandate is alignment: coupling the right capital product with the right provider. Through our network, we curate and introduce best-fit investment bankers, strategic partners, and capital sources based on the company’s specific objectives, risk profile, and operational reality. Engagements may include strategic partner searches, recapitalizations, or full exit planning and execution.
CND-SA also brings extensive experience in crisis and special-situation management. This work can include decisive leadership changes, containment of reputational or operational disruptions, and proactive positioning to control narrative and outcomes before, during, and after periods of instability.
In addition, we assist clients with deal evaluation and conduct pre-transaction, off-balance-sheet diligence to surface risks, validate assumptions, and enable informed, confident decision-making.
Key Outcomes
➣ Present clients with a curated selection of best-fit investment bankers from our network
➣Provide comparative capital markets options and independent, experience-based perspectives
➣Conduct pre-transaction, off-balance-sheet diligence to support strategic and financial decisions
CONSOLIDATED ELEVATOR CEINY
My father founded Consolidated in 1970 after immigrating from Hungary in 1957. I grew up in the business — working summers and school breaks — and learned firsthand how complex elevator operations really are. With four specialized divisions — Maintenance, Repairs, Testing & Violations, and Modernization & Construction — the company functioned like multiple businesses under one roof, each with separate billing departments, separate work crews, distinct risk profiles and execution demands, supported by a 24/7/365 service, vehicle fleet, NYC traffic condition, field and office teams, and a mix of union and non-union, blue- and white-collar talent.
Key Outcomes
➣ Completed the acquisition of Colonel Elevator in 2012 a strategic buyout plan to mitigate risks..
➣ Negotiated and secured multi-million-dollar contracts with national developers and real estate firms.
➣Prepared and packaged 3 separate entities into one, merged all accounting and created book for Consolidated Elevator, CEI. In May of 2022 we entered into an agreement with American Elevator Group a division of Arcline Investment Management, L.P. to be merged into what is now the largest independent elevator company in North America.
➣Consulted with American Elevator Group and the oversaw the merger of Consolidated for 1 year with Precision Elevator, helping to create AIG's highest % EBIDA division.

I co-founded a broker-dealer with two former colleagues from my time at Taglich Brothers. I spearheaded the launch of the firm’s South Florida office and served in a principal-level leadership role.

My responsibilities spanned broker supervision, business development, and the operational build-out of a new regional office.
As reflected in both the Principal Advisors CRD and my individual CRD record, I have no disclosures—no customer complaints, regulatory actions, or arbitrations—across more than 22 years in the securities industry.

EMMETT A. LARKIN CO.
Emmett A. Larkin represented my first full transition from producing broker to independent operator and business builder.
I established and operated the firm’s Manhattan presence, including securing office space, executing a commercial lease, hiring staff, recruiting brokers, and structuring compensation and production arrangements. I served as the firm’s representative for the Manhattan market; any individual or group seeking to open a Manhattan branch did so through me.
In addition to my principal role, I served as Compliance Officer for the Manhattan operation, overseeing adherence to firm policies, supervisory procedures, and applicable FINRA and SEC requirements. This included registered representative supervision, coordination with firm-level compliance, and day-to-day regulatory oversight.
I built and led a team of brokers and helped develop a proprietary research approach that blended quantitative and technical analysis, supporting both internal investment processes and client-facing strategies.

➣Served as Regional Representative and gatekeeper for Manhattan branch development

TAGLICH BROTHERS
I began my capital markets career at Taglich Brothers, at 100 Wall St. which was the first firm where I gained substantive institutional experience. Prior to joining Taglich Brothers, I obtained my securities licenses by self-funding the Series 7 examination and entering the industry outside the traditional cold-calling and retail account-opening model.
At Taglich Brothers, I operated within a fully institutional platform with in-house research capabilities and I developed a clientele that was predominantly ex finance professionals and small institutions. Within one year, I became the firm’s highest-producing registered representative outside of the ownership group. Based on performance and supervisory aptitude, I was encouraged to sit for and subsequently passed the Series 24 examination and was appointed as a Registered Principal.
During my tenure, the firm permitted registered representatives to conduct independent research and author firm-approved research publications. I developed and published original research in accordance with firm and regulatory standards and was active in private placement transactions, working within applicable suitability, disclosure, and supervisory frameworks. My responsibilities included sourcing transactions, evaluating issuer risk, and aligning offerings with institutional client investment mandates.
My experience at Taglich Brothers provided foundational exposure to institutional sales practices, private placements, research authorship, and principal-level supervision under FINRA regulations.
Key Outcomes
➣Promoted to Registered Principal (Series 24)
➣Top-producing registered representative outside of ownership
➣Authored firm-approved research published in Individual Investor magazine
➣Obtained principal-level licensing supporting the future establishment of an independent firm
